Good news : )
We have all our locations now!!! Although I haven't uploaded the Healthylife office, we in fact already have all the permissions to use the sites. Yeay!!!!
Anyway, what you are seeing now is the location for Panji's studio! It spans over 2 residential homes at 141 and 143 Reservoir St, Surry Hills!
The owner, John, is a very very very very kind man! It feels all too good to be true : )
He is very supportive of this project and he took me in as if I'm no stranger to him. He's really nice!
So, he offered us to use both of his property. The 141 Reservoir St can be used as the exterior for Panji's studio. As you can see it's perfect with all those dry leaves. And he said he doesn't mind leaving it like that until we shoot there.
The interior of the house is used as a storage room. So we definitely can't shoot inside, although I've asked if we can shoot just one shot of Panji looking out the window. And he said yes : )
So we have to tidy the desk a little so Panji can sit on it and look through the window.
The house on 143 Reservoir st (next to 141), is John's place as well and he is renting it to other people. But the underground unit is empty, as you can see. Only a few old furniture still lingers there : )
which is great because it enhances the vintage look of the house. ah there is a mattress that we can use and some old chairs with colonial style....
All in all, i think this place is awesome! |
